Born in 1985 in İstanbul, a film editor lives and works in İstanbul, editing feature films, documentaries, and trailers. Produced in Turkey, USA and Europe his editing works have been shown and awarded in various film festivals including Venice International Film Festival, Locarno IFF, Karlovy Vary IFF, Toronto IFF, South by Southwest (SXSW), Asia Pacific, Tokyo IFF, and Sarajevo IFF. He received ‘Best Film Editing Award’ at the 22nd International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival and won the ‘48th SİYAD Best Film Editor Award’ with the film “Frenzy” in 2015. He received ‘Best Film Editing Award’ at the 37th International İstanbul Film Festival with the film “Kitchen Stories” in 2018.
